St. John's Mercy Employee
Assistance Program (EAP) is a division of St. John's Mercy Health Services, part of
the Sisters of Mercy Health System. St. John's Mercy EAP has been providing Employee
Assistance Services for over twenty-five years to a wide range of manufacturing
and service related employer groups including: government agencies, municipalities,
hospitals, health plans and union welfare trust funds. St. John's Mercy has built
an excellent reputation as the EAP of choice in providing services for health
care employees. We currently provide EAP services for over 100,000
covered lives from eleven health care facilities.
As part of
the Sisters of Mercy Health System family, St. John's Mercy EAP can tailor services
to provide a comprehensive array of EAP, Work-Life, and healthcare related
products and services to promote workplace health. As Work-Life challenges
increase, promoting employee well-being has never been more important. We
have years of experience working proactively with our EAP clients in meeting
the unique needs of your work place. Our mission,
vision, and values guide our decisions and actions. These core values
which include dignity, justice, service, excellence and stewardship are evidenced
in all that we do. We make a difference by touching the lives of those
we serve with compassion and exceptional Mercy service. Our success
is related to our values, passed on to the individuals and companies we serve.
