Consultation & Training
St. John's Mercy Member Employee Assistance
Program helps supervisors deal with day to day challenges, such as employee
conflicts, corporate downsizing, alcohol and drugs, and violence in the workplace.
The program is an effective management tool when faced with a troubled employee.
Referrals are based on absenteeism, declining work performance, or attitude
problems.
The EAP/MAP assists in guiding the supervisor to initiate supportive confrontation.
EAP/MAP professionals provide assessment, referral, return to work, and follow up.
