about service usage is provided to Human Resources or employer designee. These
reports assist in identifying patterns and trends and help develop proactive
solutions.
Information provided include
number of calls per month, range of problem categories, referral types, number
of sessions utilized, and generic demographics.

data is reported. Confidentiality is maintained!
